SNB Capital GCC Financial Sector Fund

The Fund is an open-ended equity fund. The fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth through investing in the shares of the financial sector companies which listed in the GCC stock markets that have growth opportunities in terms of profits and cash flows.

Principal Investment Strategies

The Fund invests mainly in the shares of financial sector companies which listed in the GCC financial markets. Noting that the investments in the above securities include investing in shares of companies listed in the parallel market, other investment funds, initial public offerings, additional offerings, and rights issues. In addition to cash and money market instruments.

Other Expenses
The Fund Manager reserves the right to charge the Fund any other actual fees and expenses, allowed to be charged by regulations, such as custody fees, auditor fees, remuneration of independent directors of the Fund Board, Shariah Committee services fees, CMA fees, Tadawul fees, as well as administrative, data processing and operational expenses, expenses relating to unitholder meetings, report printing expenses, out of pocket expenses and others. The other fees and expenses will be reviewed by the Fund Manager on quarterly basis (every three months) and will not exceed in total 1.5% of the average value of the Fund’s assets.

Principal Risks of Investing in the Fund

The Fund is suitable for an investor who seeks capital growth and income generation and at the same time is willing to accept the high risks associated with equity markets generating potential returns on a long-term basis. However, the Fund is subject to high market volatility (due to the composition of its portfolio) and, as a result, the Unit price may rise or fall, and upon redemption, the Unitholder may not be able to recover all or any of the principal invested amount. The past performance of the Fund or past performance of the Index is not an indicator of the future performance of the Fund.
