SNB Capital Saudi Trading Equity Fund
SNB Capital Saudi Trading Equity Fund is an Open-ended Shariah-compliant investment fund with an objective of achieving long term capital growth through investing in the Saudi equity market in accordance with the Shariah guidelines issued by the Fund Shariah Board. The Fund will not make any dividends distributions to Unit holders. Instead, capital gains and dividends will be reinvested.
SNB Capital Al Ataa Saudi Equity Fund
The Fund is an open-ended fund which aims to achieve long-term capital growth with distribution of semi-annual profits through investing in shares of Saudi companies listed in in the main and parallel (Nomu) markets. The Fund may invest up to 10% of the Fund NAV in real estate investment traded funds.
SNB Capital Freestyle Saudi Equity Fund

Al-Ahli Fund of REITs Fund is an open-ended public investment fund that aims to distribute income to Unitholders through investing mainly in real estate investment traded funds (REITs), This includes the initial public offerings of REIT units. In addition, the fund can invest in open or closed income generating real estate investment funds and investment funds that invest in listed real estate companies in accordance with the investment restrictions mentioned in these terms and conditions and the information memorandum.

AlAhli Global Real Estate Income Fund is an open ended fund seeking to generate return and capital appreciation in the long term through investing primarily in the securities of listed Real Estate Investment Trusts “REITs”, which own and operate income generating real estate properties, across the globe. In addition, the Fund has the right to invest in local and global equity in real estate sector or real estate development sector.
SNB Capital Healthcare & Education Sectors Fund
The Fund is an open-ended fund which aims to achieve long-term capital growth through investing in shares of companies listed on Tadawul in in the main and parallel (Nomu) markets. The Fund may invest up to 10% of the Fund NAV in real estate investment traded funds.
SNB Capital Saudi Small and Mid-Cap Equity Fund
The objective of the Fund is to generate long-term capital growth through investing primarily in Saudi small and mid-Cap companies in the Saudi equity market in accordance with the Shariah guidelines issued by the Shariah Board. The Fund is an open-ended equity fund. The fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth through investing in the shares of the financial sector companies which listed in the GCC stock markets that have growth opportunities in terms of profits and cash flows.
SNB Capital Global Health Care Fund
AlAhli Health Care Trading Equity Fund is an open-ended Shariah complaint Fund which aims to achieve medium to long term capital growth by investing in globally listed equities of health care companies according to the Shariah Guidelines. The Fund seeks to achieve competitive returns during the medium to long term (3 years or more) through investing selectively in companies that have low debt ratios and comply with the Fund’s investment strategy.
SNB Capital Saudi Large-Mid Cap Equity Fund
The Fund is an open-ended fund which aims to achieve long-term capital growth through investing in shares of companies listed on Tadawul in the primary and parallel (Nomu) markets which are compliant with Shariah provisions.
