Principal Investment Strategies
The Fund:

shall mainly invest in short, medium and long term financial instruments that are compliant with Shariah guidelines, such as money market transactions, including but not limited to, Murabaha, Wakala, Mudaraba and Musharaka transactions, and Shariah-compliant alternatives of swaps, Repos and Reverse Repos, as well as Structured Products, Asset‐Backed Securities, Asset-Linked to Securities, Sukuk, Certificates and Leasing, Financing Contracts which are agreed with a party under the provisions of Saudi Central Bank or any similar regulatory authority outside the Kingdom. Also, the fund may invest in Certificates linked to Index and other Shariah-compliant instruments.

may invest by not less than 20% and not exceeding 80% of the Fund’s NAV in medium and long-term investments such as fixed income instruments, including perpetual or transferable Sukuk and Reverse Repos.

Short and medium term Money Market instruments and Reverse Repos shall not exceed 80% including cash.

Invest in long-term Murabaha in case of it is matched the investment strategies and expected interest rates

The Fund focuses its investments in a selection of financial instruments with counterparties in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad, provided that they are licensed by the Saudi Central Bank or the Capital Market Authority or any similar regulatory authority outside the Kingdom.

Investing in money market and fixed income instruments issued by the fund manager or the Saudi National Bank in accordance with the requirements of the Investment Funds Regulations.

The fund can obtain returns collected in exchange for its own cash kept in the account established with the custodian, provided that these returns are in compliance with the fund's Shariah Committee guidelines

Investment fund units similar to the fund's investments or strategies by not exceeding 70%.
